Heavenly on the Hilltop
This generational home finds its roots in the eclecticism of early California-Spanish Colonial design. Examples of this style are sprinkled in the hillsides of Santa Barbara and Montecito. Designed for a family with a legacy in farming, and horticulture, the design is founded on a cold-war era bomb-shelter (now the wine cellar), commands sweeping views of the Pacific Coast of San Diego from a 17 acre generational parcel.
